Village Mārupe is situated in an advantageous environment, not far from the centre of the capital city Riga and the famous resort place Jūrmala. Because of these advantages the construction process there is intensive. The rebuilt range house is the one amidst the block of five other houses. It has limited floor space, with garden and roof terrace. The modern functional architecture style is noticable.
Responding the customer`s desire the interior is arranged as an urban building, where to stay daily.
The first floor is designed for the family needs. The second floor involves private rooms and toilet facilities.
For interior decoration modern high-class materials are used as well as ornamental wall painting, lighting with the tiny futuristic accent is applied.
